Allen Donald Johnson

Allen Donald Johnson, 81, Blaine, MN, passed away on November 28, 2025. He was born December 13, 1943 to Clarence and Amanda (Storch) Johnson.

Allen worked for 41 years at Waldorf Paper Corporation, now known as Westrock. There, he was a machinist and produced cereal boxes.

Allen met the love of his life, Diane, at a dance tavern in Blaine. His coworker from Waldorf introduced them. Allen and Diane’s love for dancing and going to bars lasted for the 35 years they were together. The couple loved to travel. They went to all 50 states and 12 countries.

Grateful for having shared in Allen’s life are his wife, Diane Johnson; son, Jeff (Debbie) Johnson; daughter, Joni (Scott) Larson; grandchildren, Chris McDaniel, Eric Johnson, Aaron Larson, and Cassie Larson; and other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Amanda Johnson; grandchildren, Wesley McDaniel and Bryan Larson.
