Betty Alfredson

Betty Alfredson, age 94 of Fridley, passed away on Jan 5, 2023. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Nels Alfredson; son in law, Roger Rymer; and grandson, Joseph Kirchoff. Betty worked with the nursey school program at St Philips Lutheran Church in Fridley along with many years of working with the Sunday School program. She retired from Land O’ Lakes where she dedicated 10 years as an administrator. Betty enjoyed the family cabin, traveling, sewing, cross stitching and crochet. Betty’s true love was her family and family was her focus! Betty is survived by daughters, Susan (John) Ritter, Nancy Rymer, Julie (Bob) Kirchoff and Amy (Darrell) Obodzinski; son, Mark (Mary) Alfredson; many grandchildren; and great grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, February 2 at St. Philips Lutheran Church, 6180 Highway 65 NE, Fridley at 11:00 am with visitation starting at 10 am. Lunch following at Banquets of Minnesota in Fridley.
