Bradley Dale Therrien, age 75, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026.
Born on January 12, 1951, in Duluth, Minnesota, Brad was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose life was defined by his unwavering commitment to others. He had a rare ability to put people first in everything he did, and that generosity of spirit never left him.
Brad built a long and successful career in the hardware industry, most notably serving as Vice President of Merchandising at United Hardware, where he was respected for both his leadership and his integrity. Earlier in life, he proudly served in the Air National Guard in Duluth and worked as a baker at Johnson's Bakery, experiences he loved to reflect on and share through his many stories.
Family was at the center of Brad's world. He was a constant presence in his children's lives, spending countless hours at ice arenas, practices, and traveling to games-no matter the distance or weather. He found great joy in being there, supporting, coaching, and cheering them on every step of the way.
Brad is survived by his loving wife, Diane Therrien; his son, Brent "Spike" (Jenna) Therrien and their children, Jett and Teagan; and his daughter, Brittany "Sparky" (Dan) Kearn and their son, Colton. He was a proud and loving grandfather who cherished time with his family.
Later in life, Brad faced dementia, but even as his memory faded, his kindness, warmth, and deep care for others never wavered. He will be remembered for his storytelling, his dedication to family, his service, and the countless ways he showed up for the people he loved.
