Brian David Toews, age 72, of Fridley, Minnesota, passed away on November 4, 2019. He is preceded in death by parents, David & Martha Toews. Brian was a District Governor and member of the Lions Club. He is survived by his wife, Joanne (nee Tjosvold) Toews; daughter, Susan (formerly Johnson) Toews; son, Donald (Kara) Toews; grandchildren, Johanna, Jack, Victoria and Corinne; brother, Richard (Jeanne) Toews; other dear relatives and friends.
