Bruce Allen Duray

Bruce A. Duray, of Fridley MN, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of June 21, 2023 while "Precious Lord, Take My Hand" was sung to him. He was 80.

 

Bruce, AKA "Spike", grew up in Columbia Heights MN and graduated from CHHS in 1962. He was employed at Northwest Bank of Minneapolis for many years, and later retired while working at Stuart Anderson's Cattle Company of Fridley.

 

As a life long member of Grace Free Evangelical Church, Fridley, Bruce would take great pride in supporting their weekly food collections during his retirement years.

 

Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Deloris (Toller), wife Linda (Koenekamp), daughter Jeannie, brothers Robert, Joseph, Richard, Ralph, and David, and sisters Virginia, Shirley, Marge, and Catherine. He is survived by his son Danny, and sisters Joan and Karen.

 

A celebration of life will be held at Grace Free Evangelical Church of Fridley on June 27th starting at 10 am, with a service at 11 am. A private burial will be held prior.
