Carolyn Wagamon

Carolyn S. Wagamon, age 81, of Mora, formerly of Columbia Heights and Blaine, passed on Oct. 13th following a battle with Covid-19.

Carolyn is survived by husband of 58 years, Wallace; children: Patrick (Cathy), Thomas (Angela), Janet (Jess) Lewis, Barbara (Steven) Aamodt; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia (Jerry) Dion; special family, Timothy (LuAnn) Reitan, James Reitan, Kathy (Tom) Anderson; many other family and friends.

Carolyn enjoyed traveling, gardening, playing cards, entertaining and crafting. She raised Arabian horses, loved animals and a house full of friends & family. Carolyn was a huge sports fan, especially when it involved her children and grandchildren, and has owned the Ogilvie Raceway for the last 6 years. Carolyn was kind, generous, thoughtful and welcoming to all and most importantly a wonderful wife, mom, grandmother, and caring friend.

A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held June 5, 2021 at Ogilvie Raceway (1539 MN-23 Ogilvie, MN 56358) 1:00 pm visitation, 2:00 pm service with a light lunch and visitation after.  In lieu of flowers, memorials would be preferred to Kick Cancer to the Curb of Kanabec County.
