Chester Burmis Sr

Burmis, Chester J. Sr., age 87 of Fridley, passed away peacefully on Aug 19, 2015. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Grace; grandson, Adam; and brothers, Frank and Joe. Survived by sons, Christopher (Mary) and Chester Jr. (Barb), who was Chet's wonderful caregiver for the past 4 years. Also survived by grandchildren, Jennifer and Christopher Jr.; and 4 great grandchildren. He was a Navy vet, factory worker at Electric Machinery and business agent for Local Union #1140. Mass of Christian Burial Mon, Aug 24, 15 at 11AM with a visitation one hour prior at The Church of Saint Williams, 6120 5th St NE, Fridley.
