Survived by children, Cindy Ellingson, Dean (Anna) Ellingson, Ellen (Arlee) Carlson; granddaughters, Amber (Andy) Woitel, Kristin (Jared) Hess, Emily and Andrea Carlson; great-granddaughter, Jasmine Bonneville; nephew, Rodger (Linda) Museus. Private services were held in Knapp WI. Interment Teegarden Cemetery, Knapp, WI. Memorials preferred to Mary T. Hospice.
