HP Homer Eclov

HP (Homer Paul) Eclov, age 86, of Saint Paul passed away on June 9, 2019.

Survived by his wife of 62 years, Joan Eclov; sons, Timothy (Cathryn Reher) and Jon (Theresa); daughter Kris (Mike) Juaire; grandchildren, Neville Eclov, Elspeth Puffer, Oscar Eclov-Reher, Emma Eclov-Reher. Hanna Juaire, Josh Juaire, Kati Davis and Emily Juaire; great grandchildren, Isobel Eclov, Veronica Eclov and Teddy Puffer.

HP was a devoted husband and father who loved to spend time with his wife and family, especially with frequent trips to the North Shore.  He attended the Minneapolis Institute of Art and worked as a graphic designer continuing to paint and draw throughout his life.  He had a deep appreciation of beauty, gardens and reading, which he shared with his family and friends.

His life will be celebrated on June 15, 2019 with a 10 AM gathering and 11 AM service with lunch to follow at Salem Covenant Church, 2655 5th St. NW., New Brighton.

Memorials preferred to Salem Covenant, Minnehaha Academy Class of 1951 Endowment Fund, or Parkinson's Foundation Minnesota.
