Jacqueline Kay (Cossette) Bona

Jacque, age 60 of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2018 in her home among the loving presence of her family. She was preceded in death by her father Clayton (Bo) Cossette and survived by her mother Cozette Cosette; husband Brian; sons John (Leah), David (Donnita), Matthew (Margaret), Stephen, and Brian Jr. (Bo).

Together for forty-four years and married for thirty-six, Jacque and her husband created many fond memories that were shared with their five boys and their families.

Her graceful demeanor left an impression on those she met and we attribute it to her unique devotion to the Blessed Mother and praying the Rosary.

Her home was often occupied with the unique voice and insightful lyrics of Bob Dylan. During moments of silence, she could be found with a good book and her beloved cat, Feller, on her lap, or outside in nature among birds and chipmunks. She was gifted with grandchildren in her later years and was said to have lived for them - Eleanor, Giovanni, Josephine, and Bo.

We are thankful for her love and will miss her dearly.

Visitation Sunday, July 29 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM with 6:30 Vigil Prayers at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley 763-571-1300. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, July 30 at 10:30 AM with visitation 1 hour prior at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4030 Jackson St. NE, Columbia Heights.  Memorials to Immaculate Conception Catholic School preferred.
