James Bernstein

Bernstein, James “Jim,” of Fridley. Born 1-24-37. Passed 1-19-21 due to heart failure. Retired employee of Minnegasco.

Preceded in death by parents, Katherine and Alfred; sister, Audrey; brothers, Alfred Jr. and LeRoy.

Survived by wife, Arlene (Anton) of 60 years; children: Michael, Lynn, Laura, Lisa (Al) Rautio, LaRae Spencer; 11 grandchildren: Meghan, Joshua, Alison, Ashley, Kevin, Alesha, Sarah, Rachel, Samantha, Kelley, Brett; 7 great-grandchildren: Eleanor, Sophia, Brayden, Keegan, Hudson, Curtis, Jett; sister, Janet White; and many family members and friends.

Visitation at 9AM and Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM on Saturday, January 23rd at Church of St. William, Fridley. Masks required.

Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
