James Albert Nelson, age 54 of Mounds View, passed away peacefully at his home. He was a proud pipe fitter and a member of local 539. James was preceded in death by his parents; mother-in-law and special companion, Bear. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane; doggie friend, Maddie; adopted brother, Patrick; brother, Robert; brothers-in-law, Rand, Doug, Ron, Don and their families, cousins, and friends. Family has requested casual attire for the services.
