Jan Harding

Jan Harding, of Columbia Heights, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 13, 2022 due to complications following a stroke. She was 80 years old.

Jan was preceded in death by brothers, Don, Roger, Kenny; sister, Geri; and special friends, Bill and Du.

She is survived by children, Kelli (Joe) Galbraith, Brian (Wendy) Harding; 6 grandchildren: Erin (Nasri) Mansour, Nathan Galbraith, Jana (Jesse) Perron, Theresa (Justin) Close, Neal (Hannah) Harding, and Liana (Luke) Albers; 13 great-grandchildren: Lilly, Frank, Ellis, Edi, Julia, Caroline, Zoe, Iain, Suzanna, Jack, Asa, Elsa, and Lydia; other loving family & friends.

Jan was a strong and self-driven woman who broke all the norms in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s. She was a hard worker who consistently worked multiple jobs and worked to further her education. Jan always put others ahead of herself, whether it be family, friends, or through volunteer work. She lived life on her own terms.

Visitation at 10:00 a.m. and Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 21st at Miller Funeral Home.
