Jeff will be deeply missed by his loving wife, partner and rock of 31 years, Monica; parents, Pete and Maureen; brother Greg (Kelli); nephew Jacob; niece Lilyana; uncle Larry Bonaventura; aunt, Marlyce Hoffman; cousins, Mike (Annette), Catherine, Caroline Bonaventura, Suzanne (Jim) Ducharme, Matt (Laurie) Hoffman, Brad (Angie) Hoffman, Jennifer Jacobsen, other family members and many friends.
Memorial Service 6 PM Monday, July 16, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home 6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley, with visitation starting at 5 PM. There will be a butterfly release and food to follow after the service.
