John Efraimson

John A. Efraimson, age 66 of Shoreview, passed away on February 6, 2022.  John was a loving husband and father and is survived by his wife, Martha; children, Sarah (Keith), Katie and Patrick; and his grandsons, Tyler and Isaac. John was a member of a very loving family, leaving behind his brother and sisters, Dave, Karen and Roberta (and their partners); along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.  John was a caring man and a good friend to all.  He will be greatly missed.  As a passionate and talented guitarist, he played in local bands his entire life. Music was his great joy and he passed that love on to his children. John suffered a traumatic brain injury which sadly ended his ability to play his beloved guitars.  John will be interred at Fort Snelling in a private family gathering.  A Celebration of Life, in his honor, will be held in the Spring of 2022.
