Joseph Gordon Kolasa

36 years old, from Maple Grove, peacefully passed away August 30th 2020 with his family by his side. He is survived by his beloved dog Tucker; father Joseph E. (Lynda); mother Mary; siblings Mallory (Ricky), Samantha (Jeremy), Breanna (Matt), Leah; his niece and nephews, Carter, Ascher, Mackenzie, Colton, and Blake; his grandma Pat and grandpa Noel and many more loved ones. A special thank you to Hannah at St. Joe's hospital for being our families saving grace during all of this. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Visitation from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM with a service/celebration of life starting shortly after 1:00 PM in Maple Grove at Central Park on Friday September 4,2020  at 12000 Central Park way, Maple Grove, Minnesota, 55369
