Kevin Blair Berg, also known as "Swede", passed away at his home, surrounded by love on February 28th, 2024. He was born in Worthington, Minnesota on May 14th, 1957.

Kevin had a remarkable 47-year career working at various shops, with his most recent position at Hage-Kobany Automotive. The crew there became his extended family, whom he fondly referred to as his "brothers." Kevin's passion for working on cars was evident to all who knew him, as he rarely encountered a vehicle challenge he couldn't conquer.

Graduating from Fridley High School and attending Anoka Technical School for automotive repair, Kevin had a relentless work ethic. He was an early riser who enjoyed staying busy and always lent a helping hand to friends, family members, or neighbors in need. Known for his honest nature and unwavering willingness to share his opinions, Kevin touched many lives with his kindness and sincerity.

In his leisure time, Kevin found joy in golfing, fishing, and hunting - passions that he passed down to his son Justin. His family meant the world to him, and his proudest accomplishments included being a devoted family man. His children and granddaughters were the light of his life. His marriage with Janet stood strong against the trials of life, demonstrating their unconditional love and commitment to each other.

Kevin is now reunited in spirit with his father Vincent Blair Berg and mother Lois Virginia Berg. He is survived by his loving wife Janet, daughter Brianna  (Joe Vetsch), son Justin, granddaughters Abbey, Sophia, Haven, sister Julie Berg-Pike, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Kevin's legacy of hard work, kindness, and love will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace knowing he made a profound impact on those around him during his time on earth.
