Luverne Dahnke

Luverne Chester Dahnke, age 72, of Spring Lake Park, MN, passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Chester & Irene; granddaughter, Jessica; brother, Carl. Vern was born on Oct. 24, 1946 in St. Cloud, MN. He was a United States Vietnam War Veteran and served from 1965-1968 with distinction as a Combat Engineer. Vern was a loving husband, father & grandfather. Survived by wife, Christine; children, Jody (Laura) McIntyre, David Dahnke, Dan (Ashley) Dahnke, Aaron (Christine) McIntyre & Jennifer (Brad) Mielke; grandchildren, Willie, Tyler, Mason, Jasmine, Tyler, Conner, Robert & Levi; puppy pal, Calvin; siblings, Lucille, Darlene, Liz, Gary, Mary, Mike & Steve.
