Mark Alan Fegel

Mark Alan Fegel, 56, Brooklyn Park, MN, passed away on June 26, 2026.  He was born April 9, 1970 to Timothy Fegel and Sandra (Fair) Weidt in St. Paul, MN.

Mark was the oldest of 4 children.  Mark grew up and attended high school in Columbia Heights.  Mark worked as a semi truck driver for most of his career.

Music and dogs were Mark’s main hobbies throughout his entire life.  He met Darlene in 1993 and the two bonded over these shared hobbies.  They frequented many music venues in their early years.  The couple adopted many dogs in their time together.  Mark was a true animal lover who would help any animal in need.  Mark was always known for his great sense of humor and wit and getting others to laugh.  He always had a talent to be direct and straight to the point expressed through his collection of phrases.  He also enjoyed action movies, TV, and superheroes, computers, Mopar vehicles, and making his own version of recipes.

Mark is lovingly remembered and survived by his wife, Darlene Fegel; dogs, Amy, Randy, and Blue; father, Timothy Fegel; siblings, Morgan Fegel, Bruce Fegel, and Tammy (David) Makowsky; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Weidt; niece, Shayla; and many dogs that he loved throughout his life.
