Patricia “Pat” Ann (Quick) Larson, 74, of Fridley, MN, passed away on December 14, 2025. She was born November 10, 1951 to Robert Sr. and Florence (Lymer) Quick in Minneapolis, MN.
Pat grew up in Fridley, MN with her siblings, Robert Jr. and Joanne. She graduated from Fridley High School in 1969. Shortly after graduating, Pat met the love of her life, Jim. They were married in 1971 and had two children, Eric and Kelly. Pat loved spending time with her family and friends, creating many beautiful memories traveling and at the family lake place on Lake Mille Lacs. She always had a soft spot in her heart for all the dogs in her family, as well.
After high school, Pat began her career at Honeywell, working her way up through the years to executive assistant in the Military Avionics Division. She retired in 2007. A dedicated employee, Pat was renowned for her organizational skills and warm personality. She made many lasting friendships through the years with her coworkers. She had a beautiful soul and radiated kindness.
After retirement, she spent a lot of time with her children and grandchildren, traveled extensively with Jim and their best friends, Marvin and Susan, hitting every continent. Quilting became a hobby that she immersed herself in, creating many beautiful works of art with her exacting eye for perfection and detail. She and Jim loved to spend their winters in Arizona, with Joanne, Tim, and many friends.
Grateful for sharing in her life are her husband, James Larson; children, Eric (Kelly) Larson and Kelly (Andy) Kinser; brother, Robert Quick Jr.; sister, Joanne Sather; and grandchildren, Lauren, Chloe, and Isaac. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Sr. and Florence Quick, and brother-in-law, Tim Sather.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Miller Funeral Home. Visitation begins at 10.
As Pat was diagnosed with an incredibly rare and aggressive cancer called Leiomyosarcoma, the family is asking that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to the National Leiomyosarcoma Foundation in her honor.
Friends and family are welcome to sign the online guestbook.
