Phyllis Ann Horgen
Age 91, of Minneapolis, passed away Jan. 12, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Harry Norman Horgen; son, Joel Anders Horgen; daughter, Alexandra Maya LuBye; brothers, Ralph and Robert Paxton; mother & father, Lucy & Ralph Paxton. Survived by daughter, Dr. Lynn (Dr. Doug) Bye and Lita Otto; grandsons, John and Jeffrey Otto; great-grandchildren, J.D., Lillian and George Otto. Funeral service 11:00 AM Friday at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy 65 NE., Fridley, MN 55432. Visitation 1 hour prior at funeral home. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
