Richard "Ranger" Kron, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on March 27, 2024.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rick "Ranger" Kron on March 27, 2024.
He was in a head on collision and passed away at the scene. Rick "Ranger" Kron was born July 26th, 1968 in Minneapolis, MN. He was a Employee of Reliable Bronze in Stanchfield, MN. He had made friends with his co-workers and had the Vikings in common with a lot of his co-workers.
He loved his son Brandon. I remember the day Brandon was born. Rick "Ranger" was over the moon and was so proud of becoming a father. He would do anything for his son. He was proud of his son, Brandon and wanted the best for him. Rick "Ranger" loved to spend time with family, friends, co-workers and his girlfriend Lisa Malone and her daughters. He's part of many Minnesota Vikings Facebook pages, including VWO (Vikings World Order). And his Chevy Avalanche didn't just say he was an avid Minnesota Vikings Fan, He would no doubt tell you he bled purple. Getting together with family and friends to either watch a game or go to a game was one of his favorite things to do.
Rick "Ranger" is survived by his only child, Brandon Kron, Father Richard Kron (stepmother Claris Kron), Younger Sister Sherry Miller (Brother in Law Mike Miller), Younger Brother Shawn Xurvien (sister in law Traci Xurvein), many nieces and nephews and Great nieces and nephews, his companion Lisa Malone and her two daughters, Kayla and Kate.
He is proceeded in death following our mothers passing February 2020.
Funeral services are scheduled to be held Sunday, April 7th 2024 at Miller Funeral home located at 6210 Hwy 65, Fridley, MN 55432. Viewing will start at 11:00am and Services start at 12:00pm.
Memorials flowers are welcome and can be sent to Miller Funeral Home, or a donation to the GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses.
