Age 83 of Spring Lake Park passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021. Ruth is survived by children, Michelle Nelson, Tom Webb (Cheryl); grandchildren, Amanda Newstrom, James McLaughlin (Meagen), Kohl DeGroot, Hannah DeGroot, Maggie DeGroot; great grandchildren, Logan Newstrom, Addie McLaughlin, Beau McLaughlin, Ella McLaughlin, Opal DeGroot. She is preceded in death by loving husband, Melvin; brother, Eugene Webb. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM with a visitation at 10:00 AM at MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 6210 HWY 65 NE, Fridley MN 55432. Interment at Morningside Memorial Garden after the Service.
