Shirley Lorraine Simon (nee, Hoglund), 89, of Fridley passed away March 17, 2016. A gathering to celebrate Shirley's life will be held 4 -7 p.m., Thursday, March 24 at Miller Funeral Home 6210 Hwy 65 N.E., Fridley. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Survived by son, Lawrence (Denise); granddaughter, Amy (David) Janssen; grandsons, Michael, Luke, Adam; great-grandchildren, Edmond, Adeline, Colette; brother, Robert (Loraine) Hoglund; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, George; sons, Bruce and Robert.
