Stanton Berg

Stanton O. Berg, "Stan," of Fridley, age 94, has gone home to be with the Lord and his beloved wife June on 2/25/23.

Stan was born June 14, 1928 in the small town of Barron, Wisconsin. He grew up on a farm near Rice Lake as an only child. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1948 and served during the Korean War. Stan met June on leave; they married August 16, 1952 and they raised 4 children. He had a career in Forensic Science and also worked as a regional manager for State Farm.

Stan is survived by children: Daniel (Diane), Susan, Julie (Geno), and many grand and great-grand children. He was preceded in death by parents, Ellen and Tom; wife, June, son, David.

Funeral Service at 1PM on Mon. March 13th at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 61 Mississippi Way NE, Fridley with Visitation one hour prior. Burial at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis.
