Vernon K. Gottwald

Age 95, life long resident of Fridley, passed away July 20, 2023. He is survived by wife of 70 years, LaDonna; daughters, Susan and Cathy (Al). "Uppie" was a devoted grandfather to Luke, Angela (Mitch), and Kirk (Jaqui) and his four terrific great grandchildren. He proudly served in the Korean war as an army sergeant. He will be greatly missed. Private interment will be held at Fort Snelling.
