Virginia Reichstadt

Virginia "Ginny" Reichstadt, age 82, of Spring Lake Park and formerly of Brooklyn Centery passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 with family by her side.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Jim Steenberg; brothers, Richard, Roger, and Robert Johnson; and sisters, Margaret McKelvey, Dorothy Swanby, and Beverly Boettcher. She is survived by her loving husband, Melvin Reichstadt; children, Nancy (Jimmy) Johnson and Bret Steenberg; stepsons, Paul (Lynn) and Troy Reichstadt; stepdaughter, Beth (Jim) Markley; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and other family and friends.

Ginny was a longtime employee of Medtronic.

Funeral service will be held at St Philip's Lutheran Church, 6180 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley, on Thursday, May 03, at 11:00AM with a visitation one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation or the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation.
