Fridley

Louis Edward LaFrance , 52 of Fridley, MN passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 in Melbourne, FL.

Louie was born on April 7, 1969 to Louis and Sharon LaFrance. Graduated in 1988 from Willow River High School.  Louie was a local 120 Teamster who drove for Cemstone for 28 years.

Louie was survived by his daughters Brittany LaFrance and Ashleigh Quance, sons Louis LaFrance IIII and Austin Quance. His mother Sharon LaFrance and sisters; Cindy (Marty) Paulat, Cheryl (Michael) Brady, and Mary (Joe) Lehrer. He is also leaving behind 8 nephews and 2 nieces and 1 grand daughter Paisleigh Quance. He is preceded in death by his father Louis LaFrance, and sister Darlene (Boomer) LaFrance, and daughter Corissa Quance.

Louie loved more than anything, getting together with his family and friends. Louie loved sports, he played football in high school and he also coached the Golden Valley little league football. You could find him every Sunday on the couch yelling at the TV as if they could hear him. He was a certified scuba diver and loved to vacation in Cancun, Mexico every year. He was a very passionate chef, he would never decline a chance to cook for someone or show off some new recipe he had whipped up. He loved spending time with his children and would take every chance he could to take them out on vacations, road trips, or even just out to breakfast. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and getting together with friends for a long road trip. He made a new friend everywhere he went whether he liked it or not, everyone gravitated towards him and the way he could fill a room with laughter. We will all miss his sense of humor, his nicknames for everyone, his love for practical jokes, and the way he could make anyone laugh.
